To understand Diversity and Inclusion, we must recognize that we live in a Globalized World.

Globalization is how the integration and interaction of countries, companies, and people across the globe is enabled. Through Globalization, people, services, and goods move freely worldwide in a linked and smooth manner. Moreover, it increases the interactions between different regions and populations around the globe.

Globalization has enabled international trade, thus allowing different countries to leverage the competitive advantages of various countries.

The globe has been genuinely globalized economically, culturally, and politically through free trade, liberalization, connectivity, opportunity, learning, and production advantage.
